Cancellation Policy & Deposits:
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule, cancel, or change your appointment. If you fail to give 24 hours notice you may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment value, and be required to pay in full for your next appointment.
No shows will incur 50% of the treatment value.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure appointments for all first time bookings. Payment can be made through bank transfer or PayPal.
Cash, PayPal, bank transfer, and Super Payments are accepted, as well as valid Majiki gift vouchers. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and expired gift vouchers cannot be accepted.
Patch testing is mandatory for most services for your safety and well being, and is an insurance requirement.
If you have a known allergy to tint, please do not complete a tint patch test.
Evening and Saturday appointments are in higher demand. If you are restricted on your appointment times, you are advised to book your next appointment in advance, especially during busy periods such as Christmas and summer.
If you are running late, please call/text ahead. We will do our best to accommodate you but it may be necessary to re-schedule or modify your appointment to accommodate other clients.
Unfortunately treatments are by appointment only, and walk in appointments cannot be catered for.
For safety and insurance purposes, babies and children under the age of thirteen are not permitted in the beauty room.
Treatments cannot be offered to children under the age of thirteen. Children between thirteen and sixteen must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the treatment.
